SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 24-48hrs on standard business days (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm excluding public holidays).

Orders within Nigeria are expected to arrive between 3-5 days at designated logistic transportation parks for pick up while other orders may request shipping quotes at info@isurplus.ng by default

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders;

UPS: DELIVERY 3-5 DAYS

FEDEX: 5-7 DAYS

NIPOST: 7-14 DAYS DELIVERY

AIR CARGO LOGISTICS: AS FINAL DESTINATION FOR PICK UP AT DOMESTIC AIRPORT IN; LAGOS, ABUJA, PORTHARCOURT, ENUGU, BENIN & KADUNA 1-2 DAYS DELIVERY

YOUNG SHALL GROW MOTORS : AS FINAL DESTINATION FOR PICK UP AT REGISTERED OFFICIAL PARKS NATIONWIDE; 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY  (DEFAULT SHIPPING)

GOD IS GOOD MOTORS: AS FINAL DESTINATION FOR PICK UP AT MAJOR MOTOR PARKS NATIONWIDE; 2-5 DAYS DELIVERY  (DEFAULT SHIPPING)

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that depending on the choice carrier, some orders may not have tracking numbers.

MISSING ORDERS

In the event that your orders does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has elapsed, please contact us at info@isurplus..ng and provide your order number, name, shipping details, and we will lodge and investigation with the shipping carrier. if the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own
